Refund Policy Your reservation and purchase are protected by clear, transparent terms designed to make your puppy-buying experience simple and secure.

At Valentina Poodles, we understand that welcoming a puppy into your family is an important decision. Our Refund Policy explains how deposits, reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled. We encourage every prospective puppy parent to review these terms carefully before placing a reservation or completing a purchase.

Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process for both our families and our puppies while ensuring that every reservation is handled responsibly.
